Terms of service

These terms govern the use of RestoStay (the “Service”), provided by [legal entity name and registered address — owner to confirm]. By using the Service you agree to them on behalf of your business.

1. The Service

RestoStay provides restaurant billing, KOT, inventory, food cost, accounting records and multi-outlet management software, delivered through apps on supported devices and a web management console. Features are described on this website with their availability status; features marked “In pilot” or “Planned” are not promised to be available.

2. Accounts, staff and terminals

  • The restaurant is responsible for who it gives access to and for the roles it assigns.
  • Each person uses their own account. Sharing passwords is not allowed.
  • Billing is permitted only on devices activated as terminals for the restaurant, within the number of billing counters in its subscription.

3. Tax and compliance

RestoStay calculates taxes from settings the restaurant controls and keeps records to support compliance. The restaurant remains responsible for its tax settings, for the accuracy of its invoices and for its statutory filings. The Service does not file GST returns, reconcile GSTR-2B or generate e-invoice IRNs. RestoStay does not provide tax, legal or accounting advice.

4. Offline operation

Terminals can continue billing without internet. Work done offline is synced when the terminal reconnects. The restaurant must not uninstall, reset or tamper with a terminal that holds unsynced work.

5. Fees

Fees, billing periods and included capacity are set out in the restaurant’s order or quote. [payment terms, renewal, taxes and late payment — owner/CA to confirm]

6. Your data

The restaurant owns its business data. RestoStay processes it to provide the Service as described in the privacy policy. [data export and deletion on termination — owner/legal to confirm]

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, attempt to access other restaurants’ data, interfere with its security, or use it for unlawful billing.

8. Availability and support
